Winter, spring, summer or fall...all you have to do is call!
When you are looking for a home, condominium or building site look no more! I committed to providing my clients with professional knowledge and making the process straightforward and rewarding. I have a degree in Economics with an Urban Economics concentration from Denison University in Ohio, and was a teaching assistant in the sociology department.
With a practical background in marketing I have pursued additional Realtor designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and as seller service representative. I received the Star Award for Professional Cooperation and was trained to serve as an ombudsman for the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors. I have been proud to be a part of the Iowa City Area Homebuilders' Association Parade of Homes and my interests also include historic preservation and vintage houses.
My husband Bob is the fourth generation operating the family business, Ewers Mens' Store in downtown Iowa City. We are now at home with our terrier rescue named Pie. Our daughter Caroline is a recent University of Iowa graduate teaching third grade in western Iowa and Sarah is a sophomore in the Tippie College of Business. We are dedicated to the community and I have been fortunate to receive the Governor's Award for Volunteerism and several school district volunteer honors.
Integrity is the key to my continued success. If you want high pressure - I am not the agent for you. If you want someone to get the job done the right way, it would be wonderful to work for you. I have helped clients, their parents, their grandparents and now even their grown children successfully buy and sell real estate. I have earned their trust and I intend to keep it.
